1. The client/credit card account holder understands that a major credit card (Visa-MC-Amex) or cash deposit is required to confirm all reservations.
2. Balances to be paid in full to the chauffeur/driver on pick up before the beginning of the limo ride. CANCELLATION POLICY: First 24 hours from the time of making the reservation at no cost to the client or company. Late cancellation fee is $250.00 (after 24 hours from booking date). Late reservations within 24 hours from pick up time are non-cancelable. A no show or late cancellation will be charged in full (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to substitute vehicles when necessary.
3. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage or excessive wear to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. No eating is allowed in the limo; a cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply. Vomiting fee is a mandatory $500.00 (NO EXCEPTIONS). Law PUC Section 5384.1 & 3 prohibits alcohol consumption by anyone less than 21 years of age, and recreational drug use. The customer will pay for any fines due to client(s) negligence. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is unlawful to stand through the moon roof. Smoking is not permitted in all of our limousines by CA State law and company policy.
4. In some runs we will not be able to extend the time and we are only committed to the original arrangement. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
5. We will not be liable for delays or termination of the run caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e., detours, accidents, breakdowns, etc.) although we will make up the difference at the end of the run.
6. We are not responsible for articles left in the limousines.
7. Limousines cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity (for your safety).
8. We will not be held liable for any accidents originated by passenger(s) misconduct and negligence due to intoxication or lack of common sense.
9. We are not to be held liable for 3rd party actions (farm in/out runs) from other carriers. Client(s) agrees and understands all of the above terms and conditions.
